ABOUT AMARI

Amari is a firm believer in creating a life and training plan that is consistent and congruent - meaning that whatever the goal is, both in life and sport, we need to ensure that our mind and our efforts are focused in one direction.  She loves the journey of the day-in, day-out work as much as toeing the line on race day, and posesses a competitive spirit that that stems from years of competing at an elite level in many sports since childhood.  Amari is incredibly passionate, and she brings that same energy and attention to every aspect of coaching, working to take all of her athletes to the next level!
